Space engineers is an open world game that involves mining and constructing ships to fly around.

Begin a singleplayer game or join or even host a multiplayer game. Space engineers has a vast variety of environments to tackle, the largest of those being space, obviously. Construct buggies and trucks to take you across the land, fortresses to protect your ScroogeMcDuck vault of supercomputers, flying cars because you can, Tanks because you also can, and giant mechs that blot ouut the very sun and fire missiles the size of small houses, because why not.

Once you have tackled the problem of complete planetary exploitation, start sending stuff into space. Once that issue is tackled, start mining asteroids for an immense amount of materials and construct a super weapon to rival that of the death star.

Construct artillery barges, railgun cruisers, and so much more! Space boats, the Enterprise (Complete with fully functioning warp drive) Star destroyers, flying fortresses if you are secretly Gimli, and more factories on other planets.

Space engineers' only limit is your imagination, and it is truly stunning to look at your galaxy wide empire, and think how it started with just one mine.
