The game balances this out by granting you random items throughout the length of the game which have a stunning variety of fun and interesting effects, which range from attack speed increases, to stun grenades, ghosts, chain lightning, missiles, explosions and so much more! Risk of rain 2 also has different game modifiers called “artefacts” which change the game in awesome ways, ranging from being able to choose your items to having enemies drop bombs on death.
