Review: I sent a ticket to them, and tried to find the live support at the same time, but I waited for a few hours, and their supports are all dead.I used them for just a week, and already experienced a few times of server down, but today i got a total failure for a whole afternoon. They promote themselves as a 24/7 support company and 100% uptime service, which is a scam.One more ridiculous thing about their ticket system is that, they got a "fast-track" which you pay 3usd to make your ticket be prioritized. Isn't it a joke? Does it mean your guys already know clients need to wait for years to get replies, and so you guys can make more money in such dirty way?NEVER USE THEM, IM SURE YOU WILL REGRET.

Review: Shockbyte used to be an amazing service with a support team that would actually respond within the same hour. Nowadays they seem to have replaced their team with an AI chat bot that repeats the same few things if you have any issues with your services and it's impossible to get in contact with an actual support member. While their game servers seem to run fine, you better hope you don't encounter any issues otherwise your server will be dead in the water.As of writing this review I have now gone three days without any sort of response when I was asking for help fixing my server, now my requests for a refund are being ignored as well. At first I thought it may just be something being weird on my end, but it seems other people have been having similar issues of only ever being able to reach a bot.Not sure what happened to this website because it used to be my go-to but if this is the kind of service they want to provide now with useless AI bots doing the work for them then I would recommend people take their money elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

Review: Prices are okay but not worth it! The servers will NOT open 1st day of buying! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I don't trust how you have to wait ages for server stock to be issued/reallocated. WTV the case is, this business isn't one you should trust, and there is NOT a full-through way to cancel and you are most likely to not fully cancel it.

Review: I order a RUST server for a years service with the 12GB ram opition. Customer service was slow to repond and wanted me to do most of the diagnostic work. When I asked to cancel the service they refused to cancel until the end of the billing period with no refund. So I am out $400+. I will never use shockbyte again.
