Review: My server was down for 19 hours and my open support ticket was left for that long as well. Only after I asked to speak to a real person in the ai chatbox did I see any progress, and Nuno fixed my issue within minutes. 5 stars for Nuno, but the rest of the service needs work.

Review: They false advertise mod support on unsupported games. They will do anything they can to not refund you, even if you reach out immediately after finding out it is unsupported. There are MUCH more reliable and less sketchy server providers.
