Review: We had a problem with slight incompatibility issues with the mod pack server installation and were kindly helped. We were helped by MichaelY and he was able to process the problem swiftly and was also very friendly in the process. He knew possible problems that caused the error and was willing to give different solutions in the case of a different error arising. Overall 10/10

Review: This is the first time I've started a Minecraft server. I know nothing about hosting. I am learning but everytime Minecraft updates I run into trouble since I picked Paper version. I have opened chat before and explained my problem at the time but the bot is useless and would usually repeat what I have already done. I clicked on the get a human this time and got MichaelY who was patient and worked with me to understand why I couldn't log in. He walked me through the steps to move my game back to an older version until Paper updates. I could not have done this without his help and am grateful he was online today.
