Review: I appreciate the clarity of some of their services. I’ve rented servers for Project Zomboid and Minecraft. While the experience with Project Zomboid was great, the Minecraft server left me disappointed. The service included a 4GB RAM upgrade, but when I tried to increase the player limit from 4 to 6, the system downgraded the RAM from 4GB to 3GB due to a bug in the switch/upgrade process. This issue significantly affected the server’s performance, causing severe lag that made the game unplayable for many players. I hope this issue is addressed or taken into consideration for future customers.That said, they do offer excellent tools for managing the service. I would recommend them if you’re okay with paying a bit more for a higher-quality server.Additionally, I'd like to mention Adrian Ponce, who has been helpful throughout the process.I’ll update my review once I receive my refund. If the process goes smoothly, I’ll consider adjusting my feedback accordingly.
