Review: The worst hosting I used in my entire life, haven't seen a worse provider than nitrado.-Terrible customer service, sometimes I need to open 5+ tickets to get my issues solved as most of the people in support doesn't know what they're doing and actually doesn't get anything fixed, got a guy the other day that told me the server's state was in such a mess because "ARK ASA was in early acess that's why I'm getting 200 ping instead of the 12ms advertised", just insane.-Terrible services, a subscription is not only expensive by themselves but the quality you get from them are non-existant, imagine getting 200ms on a server with 5 players online even with the server hosted in your own country (and state) I lost my will to play online, honestly.-Can't even use plugins as nitrado doesn't offer support to it.-You will deal with a lot of problem as the servers break by themselves for no reason, you will get your saves corrupted and have to start all over again.If you need to play with a small group of people (like 4) do yourself a favor and download ARK Server Manager, install and run a server in your own PC, you may run the program in a potato and believe me, will be better than nitrado's service.Coming from someone who has 5 years of experience hosting and managing servers.
