Review: This will be an honest review, over a few days of service. This may change in the future. Over all, I am quite happy with the server--but there was a bit of issues in the beginning (literally less than an hour after buying) where the status wasn't going to 'Started', but it was quickly remedied after a support ticket. The issue seemed to be related to our server being on a drive with incompatible space. Honestly, I was a little confused by this, since it was advertised as being near-immediate installation of the server. It was remedied about 1 and a half hour later after getting in touch with support--however it seems the steamcmd was causing the wait time, which I understand and told the person I ticketed it was alright. My reason for the 4-star review is mainly what has been happening after all of this--my players and myself have been noticing strong rubber-banding at times--sometimes theres none, but when it happens its very bad. This was for a 10-man ARK Server based in New York, 1-month recurring payment. I hope this isn't too harsh, as I do not want to seem like a disappointed customer, but those are some small issues I ran into.

Review: ***Update: Upon review - I don't think that the 1 star was fair. I don't know how the data was corrupted. I just logged on and it was gone. If the backups were done then I should be been able to get back to some point in time but that was not the case. I will update my rating as your response was very good. I rented a server for a few months. Nightly backup set up for 2am. Although I continued to pay - my server went down every night and was stopped everyday. This caused a lot of issues as players couldn't get into the server. Then one day I logged in and it prompted me to create a new character. I was confused. I reached out to customer service which was very prompt but he offered no solution and just said - it's gone. We had created some pretty vast builds so this was a huge disappointment and although they gave a few months free...that took the wind out of Conan for me. I am back now to play but I won't use Survival Servers. I can't take that risk again. I see there are plenty of hosts so you are not locked into Survival. Unfortunate but that's my story.

Review: Survival Servers is an excellent service very fast and very intuitive being easy to set up. Equally excellent is its always fast and helpful support in solving any problem you may have. Grateful for their service I am still happy to be part of!

Review: Amazing Customer Service! I've been using Survival Servers for a few months now to run a couple Ark servers with friends. The setup process is incredibly easy and there are a lot of great walkthroughs for getting all of the options configured correctly. Overall, I never had any issues but over the weekend my server was repeatedly shutting down after starting. I futzed around with the configurations and eventually reached out to Customer Service to ask for help. Not only do they have a robust ticketing system, but it gave me an auto-reply saying it would be up to 24-hours to get a reply. That sucks when you're trying to play with friends, but honestly I've had a lot of bad experiences with server providers. 24 hours was going to be a long time to wait, but I got my first message back in just over an hour with a solution. It didn't actually fix the issue and so I replied back. The next morning, I had an update reply that a different tech saying they were looking into it. I was skeptical, but 2 hours later I got a massive reply! It outlined exactly what the issue was: Somehow my world save data was corrupted and it was not able to bring the server online. The tech described where I can see information about the crash in the logs, provided me with the solution (roll back the server to a stable save - which by itself is an amazing feature to just casually have), and then offered to do the task for me! I didn't have time to figure out the rollbacks, but I asked if the tech could do it. They could and did quickly. It was amazing. Sadly, that roll back wasn't stable :( I went into my dashboard and clicked around looking for how to roll back and it was incredibly simple. I felt bad for asking for help on it. A few quick clicks later and my server was rebooting to an older version. It took me a while to find the right version, but everything is up and running perfectly. This issue was annoying, but Survival Servers was incredibly helpful and informative. For something so inexpensive, their service is A+. I'm definitely going to be using Survival Servers for other games.

Can wholeheartly recommend... Search the web and you will find that they are recommended all the Time! I use it for Space Engineers. Maybe activate Torch Mod if you have a lot of ships / stations Cheers

Review: Took awhile to get going the right way, a little laggy at times. But overall a good server hosting service.They worked with me to get my server running less laggy and quicker startups. The customer service was amazing kind and quick. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a server.

Review: ive been using survival servers for a while now. ive been on and off playing ark with my friends, and ive always used survival servers to set up a server for us. its really nice, simple and fast to set up a server. the control panel itself is also fairly simple to operate. tho i have had a few issues every once in a while, however the support team have always been there to help me out. the support team is really doing an amazing job. never faced an issue they havnt been able to help out with. even being helpful with game related issues that was not even server related. they have always been very friendly and fast with replies.

Review: I have been using Survival servers for the past 5 years now (since ARK released or shortly thereafter). I have have had few issues over the years but anytime one has arisen they have always been quick to attend to the matter and get us up and going with haste. The user interface for setting up your server is very intuitive with good descriptions, no need for uploading ini files to the server and 99% of all settings are just handled through the extensive interface (nested away but easily accessible) I would recommend the platform to anyone who would like to utilize a private server environment and host mods or clusters and wants a reliable platform to play on with minimal time devoted to upkeep of he server environment.

Review: Overall great experience. I have used a few other server hosting services for Ark servers in the past and none have been as as reliable or easy to use as Survival Servers. I didn’t get into many features but uptime was great and no lag or connectivity issues were experienced.

Review: These guys are top notch. They always resolve our issues no matter what they are. I have 20 servers through them and run a massive online community and in no way would I use any other hosting company. Love all the guys!

Review: This is the first time renting a server. My experience has been awesome. Whenever I had any type of issue the response time was ultra fast. Only thing I would request to be upgraded is the server shutting down if no one has been on it for a day or so. This is the only issue I had with it, which caused issues in updates and start ups. Overall... I was very happy and will use again when I decide to play ARK again.
