Review: Outstanding customer support. I've been using SS to host a Valheim server and I wanted to switch to The Forest. Once I submitted a ticket the response was prompt and the server was switched quickly. The per slot cost was less for the new server so they extended my time since I was in the middle of my quarterly billing cycle. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Review: I had a bit of trouble with my server but the customer support was truly excellent. I waited about a quarter of the time I was expecting/hoping to wait before I got an answer, and the actual support I got was great. Def recommend.

Review: When I have an issue with any server I get from them, they are on top of it and so willing to help make quickly and efficiently. They are extremely courteous and patient even with someone who doesn't know much about computers like I do.

Review: I've rented servers from them for close to a decade and I couldn't recommend them more. If you run into issues just open a support ticket and they will respond quickly and get whatever issues resolved ASAP. A+ performance, A+ customer service.

Review: Overall best customer support out of any server provider I have used. Every effort was made to solve my problem(s) as quickly and effectively as possible. They also provide useful guides for common problems which are worthwhile to bookmark for later reference.

Review: If I ever had any complications with the server (which was always an error on my part) support was quick with multiple solutions and advice on prevention in the future. I never had any issues with crashing, disconnecting, or my world being corrupted. They provide great services and if I ever need to buy a server again, I’d do it through them.

Review: I have used their servers for a couple years now and haven't had any major issues. When starting a new server for Eco, I was running into issues (because I was changing the configuration files to generate the world I wanted), but customer support was incredibly helpful and patient with the constant resets and troubleshooting until I got it. They also have a forum for game specific issues and it has helped tremendously. Great experiences all around!

Review: I had issues loading a server and was pleasantly surprised by how fast the issue was addressed. From ticket submission to resolution, my problem was solved and I was logged into my running server in less than 15 minutes.

Review: I have spent a little over 2 years using Survival Servers. When you search for hosting you get a lot of sponsored and flashy options. However out of all of tried this company is by far the best. Quick turnaround for service, easy to use interface, great pricing, and above all outstanding support team! Review: I struggled with server issues related to both the Server host and the game ARK, and almost immediately I recieved excellent support that resolved both issues quickly. I'm talking about less than a 10min delay after the support ticket. This platform is the greatest for support, and as a result, I think that it's the best server hosting site.

Review: I have been hosting a SE Server with Survival Services for almost 2 x Years.Initially we chose them based purely on location ( their Houston DC is approx midway between Switzerland and New Zealand , based on PING )I am glad we went with Survival Servers as the couple of times we have had issues , the Support has been timely and on point , every time.

Review: I am extremely satisfied with the server I had for a while with Survival Servers, and I will once again in the future rent another. The only reason I shut down the current on is I am past that game, have moved onto other things.I was too slow to cancel my server before I was charged for a new month, and within hours of asking for a refund, they did a complete refund for my charges.
