Review: I had Nuno for customer service and they were the most understanding yet effective customer service agent I've met. Shockbyte does not provide working solutions for common problems among customers, and the bueracracy of fixing servers (their main selling point) is out of hand with delays, but with Nuno, I was offered generous alternatives while being extended gratitude for patience. 10/10 interaction would pick Nuno again if I ever had the chance.
