Review: I ordered an Asian server, but I received an Indian server instead. The ping is high, and I keep getting disconnected. I contacted support, and they responded very quickly, saying that they could switch the server if I confirmed. However, after confirming, I waited a long time, even followed up, but there was complete silence. I tried creating a new support ticket, and just like before, they replied very quickly and then went silent again.I think I know what's going on! They're using AI to auto-respond to customers!!! It's been over 24 hours now, and I still don't know when they'll address my support requests—or maybe they never will. Perhaps I should look for another provider!
