Review: While i understand that it is near the holidays, I have not been happy with a ticket to get our server up and running again. I have put in 2 separate tickets, the second one because nobody ever responded back to the email. during the second ticket, I waited half an hour before paying the 3 dollars to "fast track" our ticket, it has been another half an hour, and still no response. Again, I understand it is the holidays, but i decided to go with shockbyte because of what i had heard about the server as a whole. This process has made me want to switch our minecraft server provider.
