Review: At first the chat bot they have was sorta useless since it told me to open a ticket but i just asked to be referred to an agent and i was referred to one quickly, The person that helped me Nuno, was extremely helpful and quick, they automatically restarted my server from their end and that fixed my issue. So thank you Nuno and Shockbyte for the quick response.
