Review: I have never in my life bought a third-party server, but now we wanted to get a smooth and stable platform for our 7 Days to Die adventure and we got it! In case of a problem I got customer service in less than 5 minutes which was great and because at the beginning everything was new to meI got step by step instructions written very clearly from customer service! The platform and server contorl panel are really easy to use and in the trouble section of pingperfect you can find really clear instructions on the basics! actually as a whole I have nothing negative to say about the site or service 5/5 If you have to find something to develop, when buying a server service you could read in a big way that the e-mails are worth reading because there are instructions on how to start the server!

Review: Honeslty this is the best gaming server rental company I've gone through the tech support for the server is phenomenal I work night shifts and the fact I had support had 2 in the morning is great. Fast responses great support and for this being my 1st ticket and the fact they helped with everything from getting a save that I had from another server to configurations to adding 20+ mods these guys are hoenslty great. I would 100% buy another server. If this is only the regular support platinum support has to be the elitus or 1% lol amazing servers 1 in a million 11/10

Review: Hello. I have used Ping Perfect for a few other games in the past, and I recently came back to them for a Scum(survival game) server. Once the server was up, we had one issue with a server setting that isnt a normal setting, yet the staff at Ping Perfect were all very helpful. They not only tracked down the exact setting we needed, but implemented it into my server! Thank you Marie, Jacob, and Dai for the outstanding customer support!! I would recommend Ping Perfect to anyone wanting to rent a solid performing game server, with exceptional customer support!

Review: I had a 7 Days to Die server, and I now have a DayZ server. No matter how many idiotic, Noob questions I ask and no matter how many enquiries about certain mods, PP have the answer. Their 'Knowledge base' section has easy to follow (even for me) graphical tutorials on installing the major mods, the user interface is almost all graphic based and the service itself is just first rate. Why would you even consider going elsewhere? 11 out of 10 for PingPerfect.

Review: Amazing sales team and incredible support, over 12 hours of constant support from multiple members of staff. Price of the server is incredibly fair. I wouldn't bother going with any other company, make the right choice first time around and go with Pingperfect

Review: Here I am again. With the release of the DayZ SA Namalsk map and Namalsk survival mod I tried installing these two mods on my server. Everything seemed OK and I followed all directions, but when I started the server it would simply start but connecting to it would fail, every time. I double and triple checked everything. I finally gave up and opened a service ticket. PingPerfect came through again. It took less than 5 minutes for the initial reply, and less than 30 minutes to the resolution. I had messed up my serverdz.cfg file by failed to notice my mistake. Their customer service is simply the best, and the service and performce is great too. I may be repeating myself here, but credit is due where it is deserved. 5 stars!

Review: The support staff are absolutely amazing. They managed to help me fix a problem with some server software to the extent they messaged the Devs themselves. It turned out to be a bug with the software, not with the hosting services. They are unbelievably dedicated to ensuring that your server runs properly and the sheer amount of time and effort they have given me is staggering. I honestly cannot suggest them enough. They truly go above and beyond and it absolutely justifies every penny you spent with them for hosting. literally 10/10 tbh

Review: I was loosing nodes and they fix it kept all my stuff and they answered me almost in 2 to 3 minutes Iam almost 60 and they walk me through it with simple instructions I have a G-portal account that I took over from a friend I am going switch it over to pingperfect is a great server and very helpful people thank you again kelly
