Review: I have tried different servers. I have had nothing but issues and problems. I have had two Beast servers for 2 years not with Ping. Any issue I have had with those they have been on top of quickly. They have been great fixing my servers and everything. I did not know they did a Palworld server so I went with another company. It has been nothing but stutters, crashes, lag, things falling though the world, phantom crap after death. Found out Ping did it and I have had no issues at all with the same amount of CPU and Memory. My memory is not maxed on Ping either. So the other company was just trying to make me upgrade. I gave the files of the old server to Ping and they got it in my server and no one lost anything. No player loss no Pal loss nothing. I even goofed and put my server in the wrong area and they fixed that to. A+ for Ping

Review: I've been using Ping Perfect for years now for all kinds of different games! I have to say their hardware performance is top tier, the configuration tools for both server hardware and game settings are easy to use! Most importantly their customer service is really awesome! I've never had a bad experience with them, however today I had to submit a ticket and the team member that helped me was the nicest person ever, legitimately! If you're on the fence about using their services, I hope this gives you a little more confidence! =)

Review: This company has been a breeze to work with. Their rates are competitive and their customer service is truly exemplary. My experience with Stefan a customer support representative at Ping Perfect has sold me completely to ping perfect. During my development of my server groups I tried three others groups to see which was best for me. Ping perfect was good, but their service really set them apart from the others, which is critcal! Thank you so much Stefan. You truly made my experience Perfect!
