Review: Absolutely horrible. Customer support is nearly impossible to contact and when you do get a hold of them they're lazy, only offering up self help options. My server was dead locked and wouldn't start, they claimed it was mods. I removed all the mods and it still took nearly two days to hear anything back from the tier 2 techs after already waiting several days. This problem has been ongoing since 1-3-25 and still hasn't been resolved. They also will not issue a credit when they are at fault. Essentially they like to steal money. Sadly I reached out to one of they're competitors and they were more helpful than nitrado even when they didn't have to be. If you're looking for game server hosting I would not recommend nitrado. In fact they could offer me a year subscription for free and I would pass. I recommend havoc game server hosting. Responds to tickets within 10 minutes, even at a low priority. They offer more options to improve game play on the server, ie more memory dedication and a higher CPU usage. They are slightly more expensive with advanced options, but still considered cheap and server slot is nearly quadrupled. Havoc Hosting is by far more superior than nitrado. Havoc also has a transfer service in which they're support team can mirror your server with all configuration files intact to they're service free of charge. You do have to reconstruct your mod list manually though.
