Review: Pingperfect has great customer service. Their pretty quick and straight to the point with questions or concerns. They know their product inside and out so it makes you feel strongly confident in their answers. I haven't had any real issues with their hosting services. If there were any issues, 99% of the time it's the game I'm hosting for (games will have their poor optimization moments let's be real). I've only hosted for one game in my entirety of being with them but Id still look towards them first because I do trust them and their always going to be my go-to for server hosting.I didn't know they provided a service of "pausing" servers. The fee is only about $5.38USD a month. Due to some circumstances with the game I host for and life financials, they were able to support me and give me a better option rather than just canceling entirely. I feel like that's extremely dope and will definitely be helpful for people who need to take some time to make a come-back financially for their gaming servers.
