Review: What a bunch of crooks, Ordered an ARK server with their discount code, they took payment but then said payment failed. It obviously did not as I got a credit for the payment amount but no server. Went to order the server with my credit and the discount code no longer works even though it is still active on their site. Obvious scam to get extra money from customers, avoid this 2 bit rubbish company at all costs they are scammers. Also support does not even read messages and reply with some stupid unrelated replies. Why Snail games chose these clowns to host ARK is beyond me.

Review: Horrible hosting company.1. They advertise your hosting location and it’s average ping. In my case they indicated that LA or New York were my best host locations with a ping of 70ms to 110ms which is acceptable.Once purchased the server ping is roughly 350ms to 450ms and becomes next to impossible to use. Dial up modem ping is around 250+ ms to put it into perspective. Top that off with being unable to access there web interface to restart or change settings for paid server. There solution? Switch out ports and IP or completely wipe your server. Sure switching IP and ports could be a solution but wasn’t. Instead of correcting the issue or refunding the purchase price of the server they offer to let it run its course or cancel the server entirely.They are crooks, thieves and should not be trusted. Full warning to future customers of nitrado. They illegal hold a market for all ark servers. Other competitors should be able to provide services for a game instead they have a 7 year contract with snail games. This needs to be squashed, investigated and all parties involved fine heavy.
