Review: They responded very fast and was straightforward. Not this have you done this or that just a simple. Here’s the solutions we fixed it for you anything else? They were so fast and helped emme with all my questions! Even if some were a little dumb they were super kind and informative! They also let me take my remainder services days and put on my other server which was so awesome! I was skeptical at first about this company but, now I’m more willing to continue to work with them. Review: Had a few hiccups with the server so far but nothing the support staff weren't able to fix in a timely manner. The rep, Enrique Gracia, was exceptional and professional in all correspondence and helped remedy my issues more than satisfactorily. I don't wish to have issues again, but if I do, I hope to get paired with Enrique again in the future.
