Review: Used this service for many years and always liked the simplicity of the control panel and ease of setup. However, they recently changed their refund policy and now they WILL NOT under any circumstance refund you if you don’t realize that it is a monthly payment until you are billed. I made a request to cancel my server and get it refunded because I thought I had recurring payments off until I saw a random charge on my account after not using the server for 2 weeks. Finding a way to contact support and not be directed to an article is an ordeal and once you do they will not help you. I contacted support within 3 hours of my card being charged the payment and asked for a full cancellation and refund because I would not use it but this was “not in their refund policy”. After arguing back and forth with a support agent that sounded like a robot I decided to contact PayPal instead and disputed the charge and was instantly refunded. Needless to say this company has changed and only cares about money instead of providing a good customer experience. I have always came back to nitrado for server hosting but after this they will not be getting another penny from me.
