Review: I have been a loyal Nitrado customer for almost two years, spending over $2,000 monthly to support my large and active Ark cluster. My community, which relies on these servers, has grown because of my significant investment in Nitrado’s services. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their support team has been nothing short of unacceptable.Without clear evidence or proper explanation, Nitrado terminated my servers, alleging violations of their Terms of Service. Despite my repeated requests for transparency and detailed proof of these claims, I’ve received vague responses and no opportunity to resolve the issue. I’ve always complied with their policies and operated in good faith, so this decision feels deeply unfair and arbitrary.This sudden termination has disrupted my community and wasted thousands of dollars I’ve invested in maintaining these servers. To make matters worse, the lack of accountability and willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue from Nitrado’s team has left me frustrated and disappointed.I urge Nitrado to rectify this situation by reinstating my servers and compensating me for the downtime and disruption caused to my community. This level of disregard for loyal customers is unacceptable, and I will not hesitate to escalate my complaint through legal or public channels if this matter is not resolved promptly.To other potential customers: be cautious when entrusting your gaming community or investments to Nitrado. If they cannot provide fairness or transparency to a long-term, high-paying customer, it raises serious questions about their commitment to their user base.I hope to update this complaint positively if Nitrado chooses to resolve this matter and restore faith in their service.
