Review: There are two sides to this coin. The first is the good. The servers are functional that I open and affordable. I usually run minecraft, once palworld, but usually minecraft. In the past they were responsive and able to install the server I wanted. I barely had issues, which were due to me.I tried everything on my own desktop and then tried it on the host I purchased. It works fine on my computer but as soon as it is uploaded, it does not work and the service says its working but there is no proof of function. The console is blank or sometimes says that there are no logs. This happens even as the server is being ran or is online according to the service.25 hrs later I got a reply, and they said it was fixed and my mods were installed but they were not and it was not fixed. The same issue I made a ticket about was repeated.Update again: the staff were understaffed today with a lot of tickets to work on. Do not give them a tuogh time and be patient. It will take a bit but it will function.
