Review: I purchased a Space Engineers server rental from GTXGaming.co.uk and was disappointed time after time.From simple tasks of uploading save folders, to lag, world corruption, crashes, and generic customer support, it was a terrible experience.I canceled my service today and I will not be a returning customer.Within the "Support" tickets I was often the one doing troubleshooting/work myself all the while my service kept running, wasting away my money.Some shout outs and some advice:Jamie Redpath - Ticket #974587 / Ticket #139801★★★★★Excellent and informative customer support. I had no issues with them and was very pleased with their tone, and assistance.Robert P- Ticket #667158 ★★★☆☆Thanks for the informative responses.James Knott - Ticket #667158 / Ticket #139801 ★☆☆☆☆I felt that their support was lacking, and some of their responses were pretty dismissive and blunt.I will not be a returning customer, and my review will remain as is, I do not expect a refund, honestly leaving this all behind and moving on with a new game and server will be rewarding enough for me.I emailed the CEO as suggested by their automatic replies, and have spent more time in customer tickets and out of game than actually enjoying the service that I paid for.
