Review: I'm 70 years old and when I was younger I was pretty tech-savvy, but the consumer side of things made me lazy, so this server stuff has me a bit rattled. The customer support has been nothing short of outstanding. All of my stupid questions have been answered immediately and professionally, and my issues were resolved quickly. I've been made to feel I can ask anything and I won't be ignored or belittled. I would especially like to express my appreciation for Senior Support Agent James Knott. His patience and commitment to getting my server to submit to my demands is what led to my decision to continue using GTX.Some day I'll be able to figure out all this stuff on my own, but thanks to Mr Knott and the other support staff I know the server will work just fine until I do.
