Review: Stark differente between this and others.Without naming the other host provider, Craig helped me through all the steps and solved all my doubts, even correcting some of my mistakes according to the server set-up. I can't speak for the rest of the support team, but he has definitely made us feel the price is worth it.

Review: 1000/10 recommend BlueFang!! I dont even know where to start! Their set up was super simple, my server was up and running the same day with little wait time. And their support chat? Let me just say being a first time server owner I felt BAD for the amount of questions and help I needed especially with navigating the server documents for mods and other things, and these guys went above and beyond explaining things and helping me out with everything. Extremely patient and understanding, and willing to make sure I understood how things worked. New or experienced with servers, i cannot recommend them enough!

Review: Seriously, within a few seconds my questions are answered, things fixed when I make mistakes. I love this level of service. I have a few hosted servers form them and I have not a single negative comment about BlueFang, I will use them and recommend them to anyone who needs a game server. It is not only more efficient thean doing it yourself, but safer.

Review: I have servers for Life is Feudal and Valhiem. Their support staff are patient, knowledgeable and get the job done. This is much appreciated because I am able to break tech with the wrong side-eye. =)Despite that, I've never felt judged, or spoken down to, by any of the support staff that I've interacted with.Go Blue Fang!

Review: Stable, great ping, great people in the chat available for questions. I have never had such good ping on a dedicated server I have rented. Easy to manage console for stopping/starting. FTP access to backup files I need. I was comfortable editing some files in command line and the text editors. They even offer to install mods for you when you purchase the server. Price is reasonable. Very satisfied and very happy I went with Blue Fang.

Review: I had a server with BlueFangSolutions before where I ran a 7DTD server, and now I'll be setting up a modded Minecraft server. The rates, quality of service of product and customer relation are a step above and beyond most other services I've attempted to use. They are helpful from checkout to settings up. Worth every cent.

Review: I had some issues after a few mods updated and the support from bluefangsolutions was very good and helped me rebuild my server :) Shoutout to brad as he answered all my questions and got everything working for me! I also run a hefty amount of mods (24) around 10gb in total and the hosting is great never once have I encountered lag or random crashes/downtime.

Review: I'm only on day 2 of using the service and will update if my experience changes. Customers support is 10/10 they have been super helpful. We are running a 7 Days to Die Modded server (Supported by Blue Fang) and the mod that they installed didn't work the first 2 times but they did finally get it working for us. I'd say 10/10 customer service 4/5 due to the fact that a "Supported mod" didn't install correctly twice.

Review: Tracy and Craig,Both are wonderful and the most helpful techs when it comes to server configs, both show extreme patience and are willing to explain and even go the distance to double check the work that you think you did right. For instance, we recently removed our join password from our servers and lost all the clusters to the main server. After 3 days of figuring things out ourselves, we decided to contact tech support, and Tracy, came on and instantly helped us get our server back up and running. It was a check mark we forgot to unselect on our server search. It took only 3 mins. Such wonderful staff!! Keep up the great work you guys!

Review: Amazing support. Brad is a beautiful angel who helped me every step of the way in transferring my old saved 7DTD world over to my new BlueFang server. He even helped me figure out stuff related to my old host, because my old host's customer service wasn't great. BlueFang's customer service is great. Brad is great. Review: i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions

Review: Tracy set up a Life is Feudal server for me yesterday. I have dealt with Blue Fang many different times in recent years, and I have never seen a better staffed team of technicians! Tracy and her co-workers ( I have worked with Craig and Jeff) have never failed to answer my questions promptly, and the Blue Fang servers in Chicago are the best I have ever used, when it comes to server stability. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend the Blue Fang team to anyone, novice and experienced alike, who wishes to have a gameserver. Keep up the good work, guys!

Review: We have had several servers with BlueFang including Minecraft, ARK, Life is Feudal, and 7 Days to Die. Tech support has been great with Live Help and Support tickets, they are fast to respond and are good about giving detailed directions on tweaking your server selections. Very happy!

Review: I've used BFS on multiple occasions for game servers when I need them. They host both my Minecraft and 7 Days to Die servers. Any time I've run into technical issues with running these servers, the support has been quick and capable in resolving said issues.As the title alludes to, my experiences with BFS have convinced me that my money has been well spent.

Review: I have been using BFS for 2 years with multiple game servers. BFS have been the BEST provider our community has ever dealt with. The servers are powerful with the latest technology and have great mitigation protection. Their support is top notch. I can't imagine running servers with any other provider.
