Review: So far so great, they've been easy to work with for my server. The price is reasonable and the response time when I submitted a ticket was a lot faster and more thorough than I expected. Have nothing to complain about.

Review: i used to subscribe for few years now, and never had problem before , but last month my Palword server was reset from start twice then after a lot and a lot of mails with the support its still not solved and i cannot have my save back so i am deleting my account.

Review: they technically provide the service they claim to offer, however support is nonexistant. they constantly reference their guides, which are outdated more often than not, and rarely helpful. They have support tickets disabled most of the time, so you're forced to interact with their discord moderators for the most basic interface questions.
