    craftandsurvive.com attempts to provide you with all the physical and geographical information on the server. We are able to extract the hosted ip address, the hosted country, location latitude, location longitude and even the city, state and zip/postal code of the server. This report can be very useful to determine page speed issues, trust worthiness and help block regions if your site is being accessed maliciously.

    Best Customer Support And Prices I signed up with CraftAndSurvive.com about 1 month ago and was asked via a mass email to write an honest review on TrustPilot so here are my thoughts. My first question was "Why so cheap" ? naturally we have all been with many different providers for our server needs and generally I myself tend to stay away from new or low prices providers as these types of hosts tend to be poor in quality. I was shocked to see Live Sales and Support online at 5am GMT (This is very early in the morning) I could not believe it, so I requested a Live Chat with them and to my surprise my chat was answered within seconds! Took about 5 minutes to realize that I was talking to a real person, he even offered to call me on my mobile phone. I asked about 10 questions, hardware, why so cheap, network, updates, control panel etc etc the usual stuff and he provided an in-depth answer to everything question. He provided me with some test IPs so I could go and check for lag and ping and I was simply blown away, the gaming experience was smooth as butter and the server I joined was not empty it was almost full, 76/80 players! I asked the admins in the server how CAS was for them and they simply said it was the best decision to move to them, they saved 60% on server costs and gained 100% performance compared to previous host. After all of this I could not resist, I purchased a server for 3 months, received a massive discount making the server even cheaper and from what I understand they are already the cheapest online per slot. I purchased the default 40 slot server from them. My server is full every day almost and even I tend to find it hard to get in my own server without kicking someone but this was because I know how to advertise a server and get new players. I contacted support via Live Chat (I purchased the Live Support Addon) and it's well worth it, they are online 12 hours a day and answer my questions instantly. I have seen or had no reports of lag or high pings, I have the server hosted in Germany and even though I am from the UK I get almost the same pings as I would normally from a UK server so all in all win win. I can't thank you enough guys for everything you have done for me, you have a long time loyal customer in me and I will continue to spread the word. keep up the great work!

    Craft and Survive has the best Customer Service The last server hosting company I used were absolutely terrible. Craft and Survive have been like a breath of fresh air. I've opened a few tickets with medium priority or Low, they answer within a few minutes. They solved a problem I had straight away. Very impressed and will continue to use Craft and Survive from now on. I am part of a big gaming community, which currently runs servers for arma 3 and Squad. I will be letting everyone know about you guys and the excellent customer service you have given me so far. Craft and Survive have been a complete contrast to my previous server host. If you want a host that actually VALUES YOU as a customer and realises that keeping you happy will create more business opportunites for them. Then look no further. Craft and Survive are perfect.     Good little company Bought a game server here and they actually go above and beyond on support. The guy i think carl working there really cares about your server, plus they have live support so you can get in touch whenever you want without making a support ticket. Would recommend. nice control panel too.

    We went with Craft and Survive because a friend highly recommended them. In doing our research and in checking out their ToS, we were told that their expert support team works 24/7/365 and has a reputation for responding to issues most times in 5 minutes or less.To test them out we moved one of our servers over to them. This is basically a vanilla Ark server with 1 lite mod running to correct structures. It should be an easy thing to operate. Tonight is the second time in 10 days that there has been a major issue with the server and we cannot restart, repair or reinstall from our end. The first issue happened 2 days into using their service and took them over 8 hours to respond to the ticket and message. Once they did the solution took us all of 5 minutes to implement. Tonight is the 2nd time in 10 days that the server is down. Their network reports that things are fine but the server is offline, not responding, we cannot see the log files or anything. Sent in a ticket over an hour ago and still no response. 5 minutes or less my ass.I would recommend, based on these last 10 days that everyone avoid this company. The little bit of money you save is not worth the frustration of dealing with their so-called "expert support team" and the frustration of your own customers.

    Absolutely dreadful. I had a server I wanted set up in London. Without a word, they chose to host it in Germany because the London was over capacity, yet it was not stated. I told them it wasn't acceptable, and that I would wait for them to get one available in London.I waited to see if I would get a response, didn't happen. So I wrote them and they gave me 14 days extra time on the server, and completely overlooked the fact that I wouldn't accept it being in Germany. So I contacted them, AGAIN, asking them to move it to London, as I had requested several times, to which they say "We've gone out of our way to help you, there's no way we can give you a month free AND move it" Despite it being a requirement from the very beginning.
