Review: So I have been going/using Survival Servers for a while, like a few years. And there has not been a single problem (other then price). But it's kinda worth it, your not just paying for a server to run with whatever game they have listed, but for the serious on top of things support. Like these guys are scary good on top of things. I started a minecraft server again on the 22nd of Nov, with a few mods. By the next day, the server is up and running smoothly. I will constantly and highly recommend Survival Servers to anyone who wants to run a server, I even tell my friends all the time, lol (their a little annoied because I dont shut up)

Review: I rented an ECO server, and being new to server hosting, I had some issues getting it set up. I placed a ticket for assistance, and received extremely prompt replies to any problems I had. I'm so happy to be working with these guys. Friendly team! Looking forward to more ECO adventures!

Review: I had a 10 person ARK server and the service was consistent and any problems I had were quickly fixed by their support staff. I ended my server due to lack of free time to play but I will defiantly use them again.

Review: Nothing but praise for the server and for people working there. My 1st experience with servers was when I was just a mod on one server, and now when I was getting my own I didn't think too long where will go to host. Since I'm new to making my own, I had some issues, but the support team was super helpful, more than I expected.

Review: I have had my server with this provider for a year and will continue another one. This company has the very best service department I have ever seen. They not only fixed any problems that may arise but go above and far more then there duties to insure you have the best running server for your games . I would give them 10 stars if I was able .

Review: I used this site for three months hosting a Conan Exiles server for my partner and I. They work and are not a scam, to be clear. They just make everything from canceling a server to removing your payment info a matter of HAVING to submit a support ticket. You can't do most of the things yourself and instead have to put in tickets and wait a day. I disabled reoccurring payments but the website continued to send me invoices, with no clear way to remove my card info from the site. You're forced to go through them to get specific things done with your account that you should have had access to in the first place. Do yourself a favor and find a different host because I assure you, this one is simply not worth the trouble. The servers work, but again, not worth it.

Review: Knowledgeable and professional staff. Got me an educated and helpful response quickly and efficiently

Review: I have to say Survival Servers customer support was outstanding. My experience with them was extremely pleasant. I am completely new to running a server and they did nothing but assist me even to the point where they would make the changes on my behalf to get the server running smoothly. The time frame between sending a ticket and a response from them does take some time usually 2-4 hours because they go respond from old to new submitted tickets. So if you have patience like me... the result will be worth the wait.

Review: The support team of Survival servers reply extremely fast, and helped my issues every time. (Sometimes a reply even within 15 minutes). They take your issues very seriously, no matter what it is :)

Review: My server had an issue. I submitted a ticket before I went to take a shower. By the time I was out, the issue was resolved and the server was coming back up. No waiting, no escalating, no waiting on a supervisor or clocking off for tomorrow. Just a question or two, and they had it back up. Easy.

Review: Very helpful and kind owners, i am a lost lamb to all these server settings, but they helped me with everything and responded fast! Would recommend! 10/10

Review: I had a question, being of a non-tech savvy disposition. The folks at Survival Servers answered my query in a concise manner and with a response time that impressed. I would strongly recommend their services to my friends in the future (BTW Survival Servers was recommended to me by my adult son, keep it in the family I suppose).

Review: Took me a few seconds to get things started for my Rust server, using a system I'm unfamiliar with is always cause for some mistakes. Overall however, as for connection speed, stability, and server hardware, I'm fully satisfied, 10/10 once my life straightens out a bit I'll definitely be coming back.

Review: This was my first time renting a server from SurvivalServers and to be honest, it's been a disappointment. Last night I paid for an ARK server, input the settings to which a prompt notified me it would take 20-30 minutes to apply them. I figured I could just go to bed and leave it to process the changes, but when I woke up this morning it was still loading. I contacted customer service, and it took them 2 hours to respond to me with "next time click 'skip update' when restarting the server", which doesn't even help me because even now, several hours after the fact, the server is still "restarting", locking me out of the control panel. I highly recommend steering clear of this site's services unless you are looking to pay for a server that doesn't respond for hours if not days on end at startup and according to other reviews, has tendencies to crash and change IP's frequently. My only regret was not reading other reviews before paying for their services (or lack thereof).

We also recommend having a CPU clock at with at last 3.2Ghz for optimal performance, below you can find a table with estimated values on the hardware requires Vs server setup.
SERVER WITHOUT PLUGINS
SERVER WITH PLUGINS
|30-60||3.0Ghz - 4/6GB||3.0Ghz - 6/8GB|
