Review: First of all, First review i have ever done on a Gaming server providers. I have been with them for over 3 Years and have had hardly any issues that would effect my experience. 1)Very good customer services from the staff to the customer and also very friendly. 2) Quick replies to ticket support and get's the problem resolved 3) Easy to navigate control panel and simple to get use too. 4) Guides are amazing at starting up first servers. 5) Great Ping and latency throughout my experience of using their servers. Overall i'd recommend my friends to use their servers as they've helped me learn heaps on how server's are run and what to do if you encountered problems.

Review: Best damn support I've seen in a long time, had to set up an Insurgency Sandstorm Server with mods and two nice and wonderful employees (Jero T. and Ismael M.) worked the entire day with me to fix it and get it set up. 10/10 best customer service!

Review: I came very close to quiting running servers all together because of an extremely weird, specific server crashing bug that I spent over a month trying to figure out how to solve. Streamline's custom support helped me extensively to locate and fix the issue, it took time as the bug was very unique, but they stuck with me every step of the way. My server wouldn't be up today if not for the help that they gave me. Thank you Ishmael!

Review: Greatest service I've ever used! Pros: - Incredebly affordable prices - Lots of features (Logging, config, FTP etc..) - 2FA For your WebAdmin - Lots of supported games - Awesome SUPPORT TEAM! I love you guys, never change! Cons: - It's WIP, but they do not have 2FA for the actual account yet, just the WebAdmin. Support says they're working on it so it's no issue for me!

Review: I have used Streamline as a host for a racing game on PC. Their server has always been fast, reliable and easy to access for setting changes to the host game. I recently ran into a problem where the server wasn't recognized by the game. This was no fault of Streamline, but some sort of bug in the game itself. The support staff spent hours, yes, hours with me trying to sort out the problem. They were always courteous, professional and helpful. The problem was eventually solved with me deleting/reinstalling the game. I cannot speak highly enough about their support staff and the care they provide. Keep up the great work, Streamline!

Review: I use Streamline Servers since 2015. Got to play on Ark Survivals servers twice, Conan Exiles, 7 Days to Die and recently Atlas. Every time I could set the server very nicely, and the rare occurrences that I ended having problems the support was very responsive. Very friendly and quick to resolve the issues. So to resume : Efficient support, quick to deploy, friendly interface, and the services prices are very attractive.

I love hosting with Streamline and look forward to hosting with them the coming years. 10/10

Review: I would honestly say to anyone looking at this company to be very careful. I sent a ticket to them 1 day after server went live to help with setting my character up on Space Engineers as an Admin. Help was quick and prompt and after 4 server restarts the Customer Support managed to help. By helping they also installed a Mod called Torch. Later the same day the server crashed, after a few attempts server was up and running again but all our work from 3 weeks of playing on a different server had gone, all deleted. I requested help and during an exchange one of the customer support agents final replied with: Ismael Maneh Staff Hi Michael I've never seen anything like that to be honest, something doesn't seem to be applying correctly. Let me run this by our Senior Techs in case i'm blind and i'm missing something really obvious. Queue an escalated ticket...8 hours later? ish Reply of can you check server again, only to see that it was a fresh world with nothing on it. And since that point I also had the senior management team? Daniel Brotherson reply with 1 sentence: Hi Michael, Are you after a refund? Kind regards, Daniel Brotherson Senior Management No I am not after a refund...yet I am after the service I requested to be working as stipulated!!! just wow I created 4 posts on their Facebook page about this issue, and guess what? ALL DELETED, they are very quick in deleting posts from Facebook if its bad for the, but very very very slow in replying to escalated Tickets I don't believe I could ever recommend this service, they are extremely lacking in Tac and support, I am hoping my current ticket gets resolved, although very unlikely based on current support I have received. I have replied with my last ticket with 1 question which is: Are you able to restore the server back to them timestamps on that ticket when I started this issue in the first place? I guess I am waiting to see if that can happen or even if I can get an actual reply! Further to the recent reply. Yes your technicians offered a backup from 2 days of backups, which were of blank worlds and nothing to do with our Game saves, luckily we still had a backup from previous to being a customer which yourselves, which managed to salvage apart of our world for. I didn't specifically ask for a refund, I made the suggestion that it may be best to get a refund, and was astonished to be instantly messaged back, not with offer of help but well do you want a refund then? After the backup which I gave to your Technicians and the server came back online, a day later and we are constantly having issues, with CPU usage constantly going over 100%, and quite often hitting 200, 300, 400 and even a 500% we saw one. We have cleared up soo much of our world, to the point we were even playing at one point, just clearing up to help your server out, and then this evening random roll backs and server offline, with an error message in the control panel, and no way of starting the server again. I have sent a ticket asking for a refund, and I hope the promise from your CEO offering a refund, will be provided. And I am still very curious, why it is you delete all posts on your Facebook page.

Review: Streamline-Servers don't set anything up for the server, you've to set everything up yourself. Also it's only 1 server. Quite disappointing.

Review: I've been using Streamline servers for the past 5 years, Had over 10 servers on various games, the customer service i've received is always the best and usually get a response within 10-15 mins. I would recommend Streamline Servers to anyone looking for their server needs.

Review: So far, one week in to running a 10 slot ARMA3 server, absolutely perfect! Customer service has been instant in my case, even at 11:30pm on a Sunday night Ryan answered any questions I had. 10/10 customer service. The server was instantly setup with all ARMA3 running files from the get go. From the time I joined up, to the time we were online in game was a couple of hours! Loading in mods is easy. Has in built Steam Workshop integration so one click and the mods are in. The File Manager gives you complete FTP control over any mods and config files. And all cfg (etc) files are directly editable from the browser CPanel GUI, no need to download files locally - edit - then re-upload to the server. Everything is controlled with the CPanel. Speaking of the Beta CPanel, it does everything it needs to and more! We run a pretty light mod set. But still I chose the upgraded CPU, and 16GB RAM package. ARMA3 is known to be a resource hog to say the least. So far no regrets whatsoever, runs like butter. My ping local to server never exceeds 38 My friends in Tokyo ping sits at no higher than 250 Literally nothing negative to report so far.
