Review: I had several issues when I signed up with the server. Most of it was ignorance from how to use one since it was my first time! However, all the staff who helped me were were very patient and understanding. They tried all sorts of ways to fix my problem and finally offered to change my server when they could not find anything wrong (I kept getting kicked off and also had serious lag...especially when others joined the game). That did the trick! Really, customer service is excellent!

Review: My fiancee and I are in a long distance relationship and gaming is one of the ways we connect. We rented a server and initially were a bit disappointed as we weren't able to log in. I ended up submitting a support ticket and leaving it for a few hours, expecting 1-2 business days for a reply. My surprise at coming back and seeing a reply five minutes after I had submitted the ticket was mind blowing. There was a bit more back and forth but each time, the response was quick and actually helpful! Props to Brian Holloway for a job well done.

Review: Such a greedy company, by far the most expensive if you want a halfways decent server. I moved from gportal to pingperfect a few months back bought a 6 month 10 slot server for over 80USD which is fine.. more than what I was paying over at gportal but I figured the quality of the server would be better. Well I was wrong. little did I know was that the 80USD I spent was for a server that only have 6gb of ram. I loaded up a mod which I was playing fine on gportal (on a cheaper 15 slot server) and got spammed with 150+ emails telling me that my server is using more ram than was allocated. For me to purchase enough ram to run that mod it would have cost me another $100 a month. Yeah no thanks, if you're seriously considering dealing with this company take my advice and look around there's better offers out there.

Review: Dear reader, I can confirm, that they do care a lot about issues one might encounter. The support is even availabe during what I would call "bedtime". Responses are quick and there is 0 sign of any disrespect whatsoever. Support staff is helpful and friendly. (Well, so am I ^^) I have to point this out, since I made quite the opposite experience somewhere else. Back to the topic: At PingPerfect, I had the issue with our TF2 server, the location was in the UK, but very jerky movements/stutter all the time. Route test showed at least 1 offline hop, so after troubleshooting a lot during the day, it got moved to another location with better route. What can I say, lower ping, smooth gameplay. Problem solved. I have never seen such a commitment as here.
