Review: Dear reader, I can confirm, that they do care a lot about issues one might encounter. The support is even availabe during what I would call "bedtime". Responses are quick and there is 0 sign of any disrespect whatsoever. Support staff is helpful and friendly. (Well, so am I ^^) I have to point this out, since I made quite the opposite experience somewhere else. Back to the topic: At PingPerfect, I had the issue with our TF2 server, the location was in the UK, but very jerky movements/stutter all the time. Route test showed at least 1 offline hop, so after troubleshooting a lot during the day, it got moved to another location with better route. What can I say, lower ping, smooth gameplay. Problem solved. I have never seen such a commitment as here.

Review: I am a Linux user because I am sick of dealing with Microsoft products. Despite this, knowing PingPerfect runs Windows servers, I still use them. Their turn around times and clear signs of going the extra mile with their support is outstanding. So many other companies would go, "Mods? We only host the game. Good luck," where as these guys, for no extra cost have helped troubleshoot problems with mods, they seem to be proper IT staff and gamers, who want you to have the best result. These are clearly *not* just people in a support center because it was the only job they could get. As to the performance, for such heavy loads of running so many games per machine, the performance is 99% perfect, the ping is .... absolutely amazing, I don't know how they get such fast signal across the Atlantic, we have a mix of EU and US players and none of them are suffering from lag.

Review: What can I say. Excellent service and servers, technical advice and quick response to support tickets. Was struggling with laggy Wreckfest server from another gaming host. Ping Perfect's support team quickly identified what specs of a server I needed to do to resolve this. Have just had two great fun hours on the server with my mates lag free for the first time in months. Really appreciated the help as a few of the group were going to uninstall the game. They have put the fun back in the game by giving us a good reliable server. Thank you Ping Perfect. You have won a long term customer here.

Review: We tried out the service for Ark on a 48 hour free trial, and it fit our needs perfectly! I messed up by not letting them know I wanted to renew, so I had to go through support to get it started back up after the 48 hours. Support was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this service 10/10. Thanks for a great server!

Review: Everyone... From Jacob, James, and Kristy, have been helpful kind, and dang knowledgeable, and willing to help with problem immediately...even if they are confused as well on why it is happening, they just say "you know what lets fix this and make this better" and they are willing do follow through and do it. So thank you all for helping and doing something without making us admins look like morons(which I have sadly had this happen to me on other places tht i was being hosted on... made me feel so small), these reps have never made me feel like that here, and even have said they dont know why it is happening to them either, and immediately moved me to a different IP usually within 30-45min hour tops. Again thank you so much! Keep up the good work!
