Review: I recently ordered a Minecraft server, being a French resident myself, I was a bit apprehensive about the ping... It's nothing, the server works very well, and the ping is even better than the servers in France, never seen before! Prices are higher than average, but that's understandable when you see the latest hardware behind it! Everything works well, I only regret the panel, not very intuitive and very ugly visually, all the options are present but god it's not attractive. Apart from the hardware on the server side, whether it is the panel or the website, we are in a goal of saving money. (Free panel, ditto CMS store.) But anyway, it doesn't matter: The server works well and I have access to everything. That's the main thing. I don't spend my time on the panel nor on the website anyway. Can't wait to order my dedicated server. What I particularly like about this host is the fact that it does not use hardware that is more than two years old, which means that it is always on top of the game in terms of performance. The support is very responsive on the Discord, and it allows me to contact them quickly without going through a tedious ticket. I totally recommend, thanks.

Review: I had a great experience with low.ms. Anytime I ran across issues I had with my server (which wasn't frequent by any means) I was able to create a ticket, go to Discord, email them, etc and my issue was always resolved very quickly. The server was stable and reliable. I'll definitely return to you guys when I have more time to get back into the games.

Review: First experience with this company. I'm in France and i went for a basic server for playing valheim with my team and it went greatly. The server was fine and stable and it was still active everyday even with no one connected ( some company always shut down server if there are no activity so you have to restart them all the time ) the only complain could be for the control panel witch is not really user friendly there are plenty of parametrable thing but lot of them are hidden or not well explained so you have to dig in there to find how to use them. The ftp file manager does the job but has the minimum in term of tools and was really slow. For the payment and account part they where very professional.The server was launched fastly and they where no payment anomaly. When i decided to shut down it after beating the game they where very fast to you could do this at any time and i had no additional costs for it and they even removed themselves of my paypal account wich is some true proof of good faith from them. I'll comeback to them without hesitation when in need for a new server :) Keep the good work low.ms team ! :)

Review: Tech support agent Ryan S. got my Eco server started after discovering some of the initial install files were corrupted. He was really quick, patient, and knowledgeable, and waited to make sure everything was working before ending our support session.

Review: Honestly, this service is great. I've been using them for around 2 years for a few different servers. Only reason I don't use them right this moment is because my players are all off doing other stuff right now. I plan to come back in a few months when my players get bored and want something not D&D related for a change of pace again. I honestly feel like 5/5 isn't very representative, so I'll break it down a little. 5/5 for ease of use. Even if you can't figure something out, drop them a ticket and they're on it asap. 5/5 for uptime and reliability. They only went down twice while I had them, both for server migrations, and both telegraphed days in advance. 4.8/5 for lag and ping. I know this was mostly my fault (waaaaaayyyy too many mods) but, "to the best of my knowledge" I never saw anything saying not to use over X amount. That said, it could also be those games (CE and ARK:SE) cuz I've run those out of my own rig and had the same issues. 5/5 on response times. Never had it take longer than 48 hours to resolve any issue. 5/5 on customer service. They actually read tickets and notes so you don't have to waste 6 hours reiterating things you've already covered before. 10/10 would recommend.

Review: Low.ms is like a rat driving a lambo. The hardware is great. But the hosting services itself is a big disappointment. They managed to wipe our entire server including backups and blamed it on a bios bug. In reality they started an upgrade before the scheduled time and corrupted the drives. It took them 8 hours to even get the server back online. Roughly 3 more hours to install windows. After all of this I was left with a wiped server that still didn't respond over the command console. When I told them I was upset about the experience, funds lost, and the 1000"s of players that lost all progress... They reminded me they are not responsible based on the terms of service. We have ran this group of servers for over 4 years, 1 month with these guys has dropped all of our servers off the top 100 list for the first time. As I said the hardware is great, but operators are far from the best, or even the best buy geek squad. We ended up doing an emergency migration back to our old host while we look for a more reliable host with top of the line hardware. It's not worth the risk dealing with low.ms. Total of $1200 lost, player base killed, weeks of staff work in server designs gone, over 1,500 players lost progress. Only took them 2 weeks to kill a server that was built over 4 years. We will rebuild, but let this be a warning to other server owners.

Review: I've rented a server from these folks and the customer service end of things was very fast and responsive. the service itself was fantastic although it didn't meet my personal requirements and I requested a cancelation and so they did and accepted my refund request. Thank you Low.Ms team.

Review: They were most accommodating when moving from one place to another helping me continue where I left off A+++ for these people an great price point as well. I know if I ever need a server again and I will this is where I will make my home.

Review: An absolutely shocking company. Cancelled two servers, they continued to bill me for one of them. I raised a dispute against them and it was refunded and I was advised it truly had been cancelled. I have now just had to raise another dispute against them as they've taken money from my account for a server cancelled 3 weeks ago. They will appear as swiftping.co.uk despite being low.ms. I will never use this company again and would heavily discourage anyone from using them. They just seem completely disorganised and not capable of cancelling a service.

Review: After a brief visit in hell with Nitrado worst customer experience, a quick visit hère and I fell in love. I bought an Arma 3 server, and where as it took me 3 hours to setup the mods with Nitrado, it only took me 10 minutes here with their workshop tool ! A great experience and a good interface !

Review: They are the BEST server providers, no doubt! We had the worst experience with Nitrado for a month, issue after issue, every 2 days pretty much, ticket after ticket, unplayable server, and no replies from support, no apologies, no customer service, terrible. We thought all providers would have similar service, and we were very doubtful about changing because we had to migrate our saved game and many things could go wrong. But oh boy, going to LOWMS has been one of our best decisions ever! The migration went so smoothly, zero days server down, I used their Discord to ask a couple questions the first days and got a reply in minutes, their support and customer service is TOP NOTCH! Very kind and friendly. We absolutely recommend them and as soon as our schedules permit it again we will contract with them 100%. BEST SERVER PROVIDERS!

Review: Very fast and effective service. Also one of the cheapest out there with some very respectable specs on their servers. The customer service can be a bit slow when there is high demand which is obvious, but when they get to you they are very fast, quick and polite while handling any problem you throw at them. Also, they have a discord where not only staff can help but there are many community members willing to chip in and help if you have an issue that they have encountered before. Most of the issues I have encountered I caused myself, and I have not run into many, if any at this point in time, issues that their service may have accidentally committed. Thanks for the service and I am excited to keep using it in the future. EDIT: Shout out to Connor and Jonathan who helped me with my many issues and fixed it in seconds! Very Nice and polite pair of people.
