Review: The Worst Arma 3 Support, I had many problems and open many tickets they took days to get back to me. I went to a different server company and had no problems.

Review: So I recently came back to an early access game after a couple months of updates. Rented a server for said game , set up the server with their clunky system and my friends and I tried to load in. 28 hours later, a unreplied to support ticket and a ban in their forums for pointing out that A- They knowingly sold me a server for a game that hadnt been working for well over 2 weeks. B- In 5 mins of forum searches I found 12 posts about the same issue since June 12th. C-The reply they came up with literally was, uninstall, reinstall , try to load in, repeat until it works. 10 mins after cancelling my service with said competitor, I emailed Havocs support team and asked about the game and if they had any problems. 2 minutes later, no joke, I received a reply. After a quick discussion with my gamer friends who would be playing said game with me, we decided to give Havoc a try. After a 10 minute purchase process and 10 minutes of server setting selection, password input etc, I loaded into and played the game immediately for the next 4 hours until I had to log, flawlessly and with not a single issue. I dont leave reviews often, but today is an exception as in a 29 hour period, I got the worst a competitor could give and then saw the best of whats out there through Havoc. Well played Havoc...well played hehehe

Review: Ian and Jeffery had helped me through my first time setting up my server. they know what I'm missing and corrected it. I highly recommend Host Havoc as your first game server.

Review: The one that helped me with my problem was named Jeff. He replied almost instantly and was helpful. Especially checking to see if my server settings were also correct!

Review: Today, I ventured to the HostHavoc site with some hesitations and reservations from previous experiences on server providers, yet when I stumbled upon a one, Jeffrey Meyer, my trials and tribulations came to a abrupt end. With his gentle humour and his informative conversation in regards to my long winded, yet poignant questions, he calmly and quickly set all my worries at ease. If he was unsure of something he would inform me while he went to search for said information. It was a breath of fresh air and was more than welcome. Thank you again Jeffrey, my Sherlock.

Review: Simple and easy setup, and very cheap prices. Adding mods is super simple, and the support team is quick and helpful. (I purchased a Starbound server, and no I am not a bot.)

Review: The fastest response of any server hosting service I have ever had. Your service center puts my own to shame. Our minimum response time on high urgency support tickets is 2 hours. Your agents responded in 5 minutes. Flooring. It puts my entire department to shame and I will be sharing this experience with my director attempting to emulate it. Absolutely stunning service, when I was expecting to not even get a response to my issue until 24-48 hours had gone by.... including 3 hour migration time you had full resolution in under 6. Bravo

Review: Ian D from support identified a huge memory overload problem on my Ark server and with the info I was able to fix the problem in a medium amount of time (100% Ark's fault of course). First response from support was 100x quicker than an Ark server reboot. Thank you!

Review: I have only used the service for around 5 days and I can already tell that it's a great company. The support responds in about 2 minutes and I couldn't ask for anything better. Mods were easy to install and maps were easy to figure out and the only limitation is your creativity with what you want to do with the server. they did say that API could cause the server not to start and I have experienced this although the support was quick to help with my issues so far I have nothing to complain about.

Review: HostHavoc have the cheapest windows server I've seen so far, good control panel interface, a very good knowledge base, but the mods are a pain to install compared to other hosters, even for changing map, you have to enter the exact name of the map. (Aberration_P for example) The only way to set up your cluster is to contact the support team, but they respond fast so that's not a big problem, and the scripts for restarting the server after 5 min don't work, it restarts immediately, and mods need a restart to check updates so sometimes my players can't join and I maybe gonna have to make scheduled restart because of this. I'm using HostHavoc for almost 1 month and I have 2 pretty high ranked ark servers, great hoster even with all those weaknesses

Review: I'm customer since 8 months and I have encountered some issues since my last review. The support is very quick and useful but my server has a lot of memory issue, the gamepanel and the console are very buggy (OutOfMemoryException). Sometimes FTP returns me ECONNREFUSED. It's very annoying, these issues are very frequent and I'm must contact the support every time. I'm using the GMod gameserver offer.

Review: I've rented servers from Host Havoc on and off for a few years now. The servers themselves are high quality, I have never had any complaints. Everything is customizable and the control panel is very easy to figure out even if you have little experience running servers. Today I came upon an issue that turned out to be a little tricky to solve, and upon contacting the support staff they immediately replied to my ticket and helped me throughout the entire day, always replying within 5 minutes and explaining the steps I had to take as thoroughly as possible until the issue was properly resolved.
