Review: one word when it comes to factorio server hosting: garbage! Not able t manage mods - unable to enable them, I followed all the external guides I found nothing worked. Also there is NO information on their service guides on how to do it so I take it it just doesn't work. Also once you instal experimental version apparently you can't reverse it. Uninstaling it will take away the option to choose the version you want installed but server version will stay experimental. Even after clean wipe! Do not recommend!! Cannot stress this enough!

Review: Rented this for an ARK Survival Evolved server for me and my friends, they got high scores on the sights that I referenced when choosing a serverhost, and was recommended by users on the Steam forums. I can say that the issues I have had with this service have caused me so much frustration that I will not rent for a 2nd month. First off, when you restart the server (as you have to do sometimes frequently as you make small adjustments or when adding mods) - the server doens't save before shutting down. And it's set to save every 60 minutes is you don't manually change that. So if you have been playing for 45 minutes, and then shut the server down, that progress is lost. As I mentioned, I play with mods, and the server doesn't seem to work properly with mods, as I have to reinstall them every time I restart the server for everything to work. I have lost my base 3 times because of this, and I have been renting this server for less than a week. There also seems to be a lot of lag because the oceans are full of fish, manta and sharks that lagged above the waterline and just died. This haven't affected me, but it is a question of quality. This website gets a no from me, I will be going back to Nitrado that have (despite some problems there aswell) at least have worked reliably when I have used them.

Review: GTX support was extremely quick to respond and resolved my issue immediately. Not only was my issue resolved, but the reasoning behind the issue was clearly explained. This experience was light years above the support I received at my previous host. Thank you!

Review: GTXGaming has to be the best server hosting site I have used. Hosting a Conan Exiles Server, have used 2 other sites before finally finding out about GTXGaming. one was way over priced for what they offered I spent $200 more then what I did for my current GTXServer and got less, and the other had little to no customer support so if we had a problem it was wait a week or hope someone on Conan's forums could help us. GTxGaming is great and glad to call it our home for hosting our server, the server options are great and not over priced like other sites, and the customer support has to be the best I have seen on any site, they are very quick at answering tickets, very helpful and know what they are doing and will make sure any problem you have gets taken care of.

Review: despite this being a relatively small amount deal, GTX Gaming Tech Support team has delivered a superb service, way above the SLA I have personally experienced in many business software company as where I am coming from. Kudos to Steven Wood, his reply and actions are always prompt even during the weekend, and he has demonstrated a high level professionalism which combined of both customer-centric mindset and good technical knowledge. Review: GTXGaming has great prices on servers and outstanding customer service, and provides hosting for a wide array of games. I rented a server from them to play Pixelmon with my friends; it was a bit of an unusual modpack to install, so customer service added a option in their mod installation area for me to make it super easy. If you are in need of hosting services, I highly recommend GTXGaming!

Review: Great server host. I was able to learn how a DayZ server works and how to customize/mod it hosted by GTXGaming. Interface is friendly and easy to navigate, lots of game-specific tools that help hosts change server settings/etc. Support was friendly and very fast. I once broke my server files and the server wouldn't respond at 5am, contacted support and they were on the case instantly. I was very pleased. Will be back for more hosting in the future.

Review: I'd like to personally recommend staff members Steven Wood (Support Manager), James Knott (Senior Technician) and Robert (Senior Network Engineer). Steven Wood - Did a step by step walkthrough on how to get my server working since I wasn't used to their setup or user interface for managing the server and was a brilliant assistant, basically taught me everything I needed to know in a day and had me up and running come the following early morning (being now, minus a few bugs I'm killing rn with the types.xml etc but I got most of that figured out now) James Knott - Helped me out with XML come midnight and also helped me in finding out where to leave a review for these brilliant fellows! Thanks to him, I am getting closer and closer to getting my loot and zombie spawns for my modded DayZ Standalone back. Robert - Pointed me in the right directions since the very beginning, which has been really helpful because in my panic he pointed the right way when I was lost. :) Thanks all three of you for everything you've done for me in the past few days, I will never forget this and you all deserve to be rated more! Thanks again! :) Adam

Review: I have nothing but great things to say about GTXGaming servers. First off their support is top notch with speed and actually helping you get the server up and running- On that note the server itself auto sets up and the control panel is well laid out and easy to work with. Nothing but good stuff from these guys. Continue to purchase from them whenever my group decides we are in the mood for a different game.

Review: I have only been with GtxGaming a short time but they have proven themselves to be the best service host by far. Not only do they offer a lot of options and customization, but their customer service is top notch. Recently my favourite game underwent a huge update and my server stopped working. I reached out to customer service for support and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. I owe a huge thank you to all of them. However, it was Robert who was able to reinstall the server for me from fresh and get it running properly. He was quick to respond and solved the issue effectively. I am so happy to have my server up and running again. Thank you very much!

Review: Jamie stuck with me until my server was running the way I expected, Very helpful and professional I couldn't have asked for a better support agent. And Jamie has in my opinion lived up to what I have come to expect from GTXGaming. Big Thanx to Jamie and the GTXGaming support Team.
