Review: This server hosting service (for Ark) is the best I have come across so far. I can afford two servers whereas I used to only be able to afford one. The tools this service gives are amazing, such as charts to show server population over time, easy config adjusting, extremely easy mod loading, scheduled events such as restarts with saves and warnings. I just started using the free public sites you can have for your servers where players can (optional) start the server themselves if it is down, create forum posts, view announcements and loaded mods, and even donate directly to the server bill! (I like this because it removes any doubt whether or not the owner is pocketing the money, if someone donates $5 then my bill will be $5 less, the $5 doesn't go into my pocket for me to misuse). I have been using this service for both my servers for a long time now, I am not going back.

Review: Great servers, great customer service. The best part of arkservers.io is how simple and easy it is to use the system and set up a great game server, all at a great price.

Review: I love these guys, everything is super easy to set up and manage! The only hiccup wasn't even their fault, it was the updates during Genesis launch that broke Linux for a bit, and they kept everyone in the loop in Discord. They're always quick to respond, too.

Review: I've been with ArkServers.io for several months now. They run two clustered private servers for us. I chose them because their interface looked comprehensive, which it is, and all updates are handled automatically. Every single config that I have tried to do has been dead simple with the server tools they provide. Even though it's been super easy to set up and run, they have not prevented us from doing more advanced things such as a cross-server chat bot which we are currently running. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with their service, and will continue to be a customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.

Review: Don't get me wrong I L O V E this server hoster out of all the ones I have used, this is my MAIN ark host when I get the "ark itch" It's easy to install mods, simple to select my settings without having to worry about INI codes and such to setup my server BUT I wish ya'll take it up a notch by adding a few more things into our customization so I wouldn't have to look for these silly INI codes. Adding max level for Player levels, adding the per level stats to the setup for tamed dinos and characters. If these were added to this host, ArkServers.io would be PERFECT. Keep up the good work in adding more and more to the client, hopefully, eventually you guys could add those options as well :)

Review: I been with ArkServers.io for 4 months and Lover their service. Updates with Official servers side by side and when you have a problem they will 100% get back to you ASAP trust me I had to use it ask for help a few times. The hardware is better than any I used in the past because almost all the other charge a lot pass 10 players and a additional fee for more memory plus mod charges. NOT HERE You can not beat 12 Gig ram, Mods, and 60 player cap for the lowest package for $16 bucks running ALWAYS stable. I have yet to know what lag feels like since I left Official server to private. They have a free trial with no credit card super easy which is how i started and if you like to keep the server you made then it gives the option to add basic info. Try it out you won't be disappointed.
